Where does the time go........

I can not beleive the Fall Festival has started already!!! Saturday was opening day and it was a beautiful day. Every thing went very well. Actually this was the smoothest opening day I can remember! For some crazy reason it seems the more hectic my life is the better! I really felt dysfunctional this past few months, yet everything seems to be going perfect at work. I don't get it but I'll take it!!!!

I got a bonus on Saturday because Brandie and the grand kids came to the farm. They always put a big smile on my face ;)

Sunday was a bust due to the rain. To be perfectly honest I really enjoyed dong practically nothing the whole day. However, No more rain days will be acceptable for the rest of the season!!!

Also, a big thank you for all the Birthday wishes. I enjoyed the day with my grand kids. Linda and Mary both called me. It's always good to hear from them. And my wonderful husband took me, Brandie, Eric, the grand kids, Robin, Amber and Brad to the Outback for dinner. It was a good time and the food was Yummy! However, the highlight was when I was getting ready to pay the bill, Tom gave me the money to pay. Carter, my 5 yo grandson was sitting on my lap and he was so excited to see $100.00 bill! He was so funny I wish we had it on video to share with you! His eyes got huge and he yelled out "she has a hundred dollar bill!!!" He asked "where did you get that?" I told him Papa gave it to me. That little guy was in awe! Anyway I had a very happy birthday. The next day when I went to Brandies to watch the kids, Carter was still talking about that hundred dollar bill! He asked me if Papa had anymore because he wants one!!

Oh man, where does the time go??? It's late and I better get my beauty rest! Good night for now.
